UPPER LAKE, Calif. – Sherry Treppa, tribal chair and members of the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake Executive Council and administrative staff met with Jim Steele, District 3 county supervisor, this past week to announce the open house for their new tribal offices in Upper Lake and their contribution to the “Kiss My Clear Lake Bass” contest.

SACRAMENTO – State Treasurer John Chiang, affordable housing advocates and Californians who have benefited from affordable housing programs urged the Legislature on Thursday to quickly pass and send the governor a package of bills that includes ongoing funding to build affordable homes (SB 2), a $3 billion affordable housing bond (SB 3) and regulatory reforms.

CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Virtual reality in the form of Oculus Rift comes to the Redbud branch of the Lake County Library every Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m.
